Position SummaryThe purpose of this role is to convert warm leads into new clients in the most effective & efficient manner possible.This will be done via consultative video ZOOM calls with prospects that have expressed high interest in our services. The role will have 5-8 pre-scheduled and pre-screened calls on their calendar each work-day.NOTE: This position is full-time and remote. Although you can live in any time zone across the US, you must be willing/able/capable of attending a daily team huddle from 9:00am EST -> 10:00am EST Monday->Friday.What youll be doing
Day to day, youll start your day by jumping into our team huddle - you'll be active in the call and ready to share experiences as well as be ready to receive coaching.Youll be responsible for ensuring your schedule is confirmed and are prepared to receive the information you're presenting.You'll be a team player to your other closers as well as your support team.As part of this opportunity, youll also be a part of a VERY fast paced and high growth company. Youre getting in at the ground floor of a growing (and winning) sales team, and will have input and responsibility as we grow the team.This is for you if: Youre the top rep at your current company (or at least in the top 5%) Youre great with people and not afraid to challenge them to be their best Thrive in high pressure situations You have a strong internal drive to help people through sales of a service you believe in, and hate missing out on potential sales opportunities You are an action taker, youre good at problem solving and figuring things out on your own with minimal direction

You seek out growth opportunities at any change you get actively reading and learning from books or courses to get better at your roleLastly and most importantly, youre driven and competitive.
