Purpose
An executive assistant oversees administrative duties and coordinates high-quality support to the executive team. An executive assistant's role may also include analyzing documents, preparing research reports, and occasionally supervising staff members. As such, executive assistants function as an integral and indispensable part of the outsourcing industry and they are key players in Teleperformances organization. They also filter and prioritize client visits or phone calls, and communicate on behalf of the executive they support. This person will be supporting the Global President of Client Solutions over a financial vertical.
This position is 100% work at home.
Your Responsibilities
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executives behalf
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Performing minor accounting duties
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Managing the executives calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Qualifications
Conversational English Required
Bachelor's degree, GED, or equivalent work experience
3 years of experience in administrative support functions
Project Management experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
Problem-solving and decision making

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
