What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Independently handle employee relations situations
• Manage HRIS onboarding process and profile creation
• Support employee engagement programs and policy development
• Research and provide solutions for HR department efficiency
• Serve as a mentor and resource for HR colleagues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR and a minimum of three years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong experience with employee relations and performance management
• Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
• HR experience in a fast-paced, multi-state environment
• Reside in one of the following states: AZ, FL, IL, IN, NC, NV, PA, TN, TX
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• HR Certification (HRCI or SHRM)
• Experience with UKG (UltiPro) HRIS
• Remote work experience
• HR experience in a BPO environment or supporting a call center
