What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Proactively support the tracking status of projects and report results to management
• Assist in collecting and organizing project materials following a user-friendly file organizational system
• Work up to 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday
• Utilize Project Management software (Asana preferred) to manage projects effectively
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in tracking and reporting project progress
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or related field
• Proficiency in using Project Management software, with experience in Asana preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Certification in Project Management
• Experience working with government agencies or in the Occupational Safety and Health industry
