What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Recruit for community positions, focusing on front-line roles
• Identify talent and build applicant pipelines through various outreach methods
• Coordinate and advertise recruitment events like job fairs
• Maintain a passive applicant pool and keep hiring managers informed of viable candidates
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and legal hiring practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-site, agency, or healthcare environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
• Previous training experience highly desired
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Previous experience in a healthcare recruiting environment
• Knowledge of various recruitment job boards and platforms
• Strong sourcing background and ability to manage multiple priorities
