What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Engage and convert prospects into interested candidates through research and inquiries
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Build and maintain networks for generating candidate referrals
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including negotiating offers and closing with candidates
• Attend and represent the employer at industry recruiting events

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, specifically in Travel Nurse and PRN recruitment
• Excellent communication skills with a client/nurse-centered approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with efficient time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
