What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Evaluate and resolve coverage issues for abuse claims
• Investigate claims through various means including phone calls and written correspondence
• Present claims and trends to leadership, discussing coverage and liability assessments
• Analyze information to determine ultimate exposure for claims
• Negotiate and resolve claims within delegated authority, providing necessary reports to relevant departments

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• College degree preferred
• 8+ years of casualty claims handling experience, specifically with abuse or molestation claims
• Experience in coverage analysis and claim evaluations
• Superior communication and strategic negotiation skills
• Moderate proficiency with standard business-related software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Law degree preferred but not required
• Proven problem-solving and excellent presentation skills
• Valid state-issued driver’s license in good standing
