What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Executive Assistant Support including client interfacing, email and calendar management, and travel arrangements
• Operations Support involving creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and CRM tasks
• Research tasks and digital marketing support
• Assisting with the development of communications and content
• Implementing digital marketing plans and scheduling newsletters or social media posts

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience providing complex calendar management, travel, and expense reports
• Available during business hours Monday - Friday
• Proficiency with common online programs/software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience working remotely
• Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects
• Familiarity with Asana, MailChimp, Hootsuite, G Suite, and other online programs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
