This opportunity involves processing audio recordings of recorded statements, interviews related to homeowners’ claims, 911 calls, and more. Attention to detail in discerning audio content, alongside a strong command of grammar, is critical. The role requires editing AI-generated text into verbatim transcripts while adhering to specific style guides.

You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, supporting your work-life balance while receiving assistance from our in-office team when necessary. We offer work availability around the clock to accommodate various schedules, with preference given to those with weekend availability.

Skills Requirements
• Excellent listening skills
• Adherence to deadlines and client-specific style guides
• Outstanding literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar
• Ability to collaborate remotely
• Typing proficiency in both speed and accuracy
• Capability to pass a background check
• Must be a US citizen (Note: This opportunity is currently not available to residents of Massachusetts, Illinois, or California)
• Experience in transcribing and/or editing audio content to verbatim text

Technology Requirements

To effectively utilize our global, cutting-edge transcription technology, candidates should have:
• A computer or laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM
• Noise-canceling quality headphones (recommended)
• Windows 10 (if you’re unsure which version you’re using, you can check by pressing Windows logo key + R, typing: winver, and selecting OK)
• An antivirus program with daily virus definition updates (excluding Webroot antivirus)
• Infinity Foot Pedal (highly recommended)
