Responsibilities of the job:
Virtually installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer software, systems, networks
Monitoring / auditing and maintaining HIPAA Compliant PC's and cloud-based applications / networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests for end-user remote support including virtual desktops, cloud based systems and security applications
Knowledge of Salesforce and Virtual Desktops a strong plus.
Providing virtual technical support across the company (this may be in Zoom meetings or the phone).
Setting up cloud-based accounts for new users
Support for both PCs and Macs
Possibly training more junior staff members Remote IT Support Rep - job qualifications and requirements
Although a formal degree is not required, qualifications for this remote IT Support role include the following:
Remote experience
Computer Science or Cybersecurity Background
Software / DevOps / Engineering
... Knowledge of Healthcare industry
Knowledge of Cyber Security
