What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Serve as the primary advocate for clients within the employer and act as a trusted advisor
• Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite executives to align solutions with client priorities
• Conduct operational reviews, track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and generate insightful reports
• Identify additional revenue opportunities while monitoring accounts receivable efforts
• Facilitate collaborations between client and employer teams to align goals and strategic initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree
• 0-10+ years of relevant work experience in client account management
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry practices and technical knowledge of healthcare software systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable, with experience managing diverse client situations

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• 0-7+ years of healthcare client account management experience
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and practices
• Strategic thinking and initiative in driving client health awareness and management
• Analytical proficiency to support complex discussions and problem resolution
