What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive enterprise-wide Continuity Program
• Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments
• Manage day-to-day continuity activities and update the Continuity Plan
• Lead the OIT Continuity Working Group and coordinate with teams on related initiatives
• Represent OIT in the statewide continuity community and build collaborative relationships

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in emergency management and/or continuity program design and implementation
• Knowledge of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and FEMA's Continuity Guidance Circular
• Ability to develop and implement policies, standards, and guidelines
• Experience in conducting training and exercises related to continuity planning
• Must comply with pre-employment background checks and potential drug testing

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous experience with municipal, state, or federal government organizations
• Familiarity with state-specific regulations regarding Emergency Management and Continuity Planning
• Program management experience and relevant certifications (CBCI, CBCP, EDRP)
• ITIL Certification
