Full-Time Airbnb Turnover Cleaner (Weekdays + Weekends)

Job Description:

Happy Mom Cleaning Services LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Turnover Cleaner to join our team! This is a full-time position that requires availability on weekdays and weekends. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing Airbnb properties between guest stays, ensuring a high level of cleanliness, organization, and presentation for each new guest.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform thorough cleanings of Airbnb properties, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces • Change and launder linens, towels, and bedding • Replenish guest amenities and supplies • Ensure all areas are neat, clean, and guest-ready • Report any maintenance issues or damage to management • Follow company standards and checklists to guarantee consistency and quality

Requirements: • Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required (pay is based on experience) • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable transportation to travel between job sites • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.04 - $14.16 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
