Responsibilities
• Maintain consistent availability to teach individual learners or small groups online
• Familiarize yourself with provided teaching modules and enhance them with additional resources
• Prepare and personalize lesson plans as needed
• Log all lessons, assignments, and learner progress
• Provide progress reports and updates to authorized staff
• Deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences
• Communicate effectively with learners, parents/guardians, and team members
• Maintain professionalism and organizational skills

Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred
• Prior experience in online teaching is required
• Experience in developing, building, or editing curriculum is a plus
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background screening

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred

• Higher education degree in relevant subject area preferred

Experience Requirements
• Prior experience in online teaching required
• Minimum of 4-10 hours availability per week
