What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Deliver course content and learning activities while engaging with students to promote academic success
• Maintain an engaged classroom presence and respond timely to student inquiries
• Provide additional support such as coaching and tutoring to enhance student learning
• Attend faculty meetings and university events to stay updated on course and instruction standards
• Instruct and perform job-related duties in an online environment, adapting to technology changes as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Master’s degree or higher in Human Biology or related area of study, or relevant professional experience within the last 3 years
• 18 graduate credits in Human Biology or related field, or 5 years of professional/teaching experience in anatomy and physiology
• Degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Current professional certification/licensure in relevant fields (e.g., Registered Nurse, Medical Physician)
• Knowledge of applicable university course updates and instruction standards
