Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single family real estate. DFS originates two main loan products a short-term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $70MM per month. DFS is looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processing Manager to join our growing team.
As the Loan Processing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in making sure your team of Loan Processors runs efficiently. This position will be reporting to the Director of Settlement Operations.

In This Role You Will
Ensure complete, and accurate loans are produced
Verify that loan document integrity is maintained throughout the entire loan processing operation
Ensure all loan files are in compliance with Dominion Financial Services LLCs standards
Manage and resolve any escalated issues that arise within your team
Ensure your team remains informed on any changes in guidelines or procedures
Develop an understanding of all procedures and work as a hands on manager within your team
Drive and ensure staff performance goals are met
Support senior management in developing, and executing strategic plans
Assist with directing loan processing to ensure targets, and objectives are met
Manage daily production reports and staff work volume; adjust assignments to meet fluctuating workloads
Assist with the training and development of your team
Requirements
7+ years of Loan Processing experience
5+ years of management experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office.
Prior experience with Encompass
Prior Salesforce experience is a plus.
Hard money lending experience is a plus.
