Compensation and Benefits

Conduct title research to identify encumbrances, liens, or issues affecting the title
Pursue releases, resolve title defects, and coordinate with stakeholders
Draft legal documents such as deeds, releases, and affidavits
Act as a liaison between clients, title companies, and other parties
Organize records and track progress on curative tasks
Qualifications
Relevant experience in title research and curative processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience in legal document preparation and compliance
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in real estate or title assistance is preferred, though not required
