Responsibilities
Onsite HR Support for clients in New England (NH, ME, MA, VT)

Processing payroll and ensuring payroll compliance

Assisting with employee benefits administration

Implementing new Payroll/Benefits/HRIS systems
,
Handling HR-related tasks for remote clients
,
Reviewing and updating Employee Handbooks
,
Managing FMLA and Leaves of Absences
,
Creating HR Policies and Performance Appraisals
,
Assisting with Employee Relations issues
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of HR experience

Payroll Processing experience (required)

Benefits Administration experience (required)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Strong research skills
