What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, managing calendars and scheduling meetings
Process expense reports, handle invoice processing, and ensure timely submission of documents
Compile summaries and reports to support organizational needs and track key reporting areas
Maintain organized filing systems for efficient document management and retrieval
Assist in planning and executing special events and meetings, ensuring logistical support
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office technology
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a nonprofit or senior living environment
Familiarity with HR technology for time and attendance tracking
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
