Responsibilities: • The combination of possessing knowledge of all products available and working collectively with colleagues to provide exceptional sales assistance is a fundamental way to ensure customer satisfaction • Successful retail management is a delicate balancing act between delivering on sales goals, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining operational excellence • To maintain your productivity levels, prioritize your tasks and break them down into manageable steps • Uses open-ended questions as a tool to connect with every customer and evaluate their needs • Capability in Acquiring and Spreading Expertise on Items and Trends to Meet Customers’ Preferences • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of all products, including upcoming developments and significant industry shifts • Implementing systems that address and eliminate all forms of discrimination, such as harassment or prejudice, fosters an atmosphere where all employees feel safe and respected

Qualifications: • Having up to three years of retail experience means you have consistently worked in this field for a considerable period. You have gained confidence, skills, and knowledge that will enable you to advance further in your career in the retail industry • A key factor in delivering an outstanding customer experience is feeling self-assured and comfortable when interacting with patrons • Passionate individuals are driven to achieve great results thanks to their love for interacting with customers and athletic products • Takes on tasks or obligations with minimal supervision • The job entails a flexible schedule that encompasses availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
