- Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Telephony Product Manager:
- Lead the telephony product lifecycle, driving product strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize contact center solutions
- Conduct business cases to support new product initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections
- Manage the deployment and optimization of CCaaS solutions
- Required Skills for Senior Telephony Product Manager:
- 8+ years of experience in Telephony Product Management, with a focus on CCaaS and UCaaS
- Expertise with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, Twilio, or similar
- Proficiency with telephony-related protocols (SIP, VoIP, ACD, IVR)
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Workforce Management (WFM) tools
- Proven experience with product development and lifecycle management
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
