Your Role:
Client Impact:
Conduct client assessments and supervise ongoing ABA programs, ensuring high-quality, individualized care.
Family Empowerment:
Provide tailored ABA training for parents and caregivers, making a real difference in their lives.
Team Leadership:
Oversee and mentor paraprofessionals delivering one-on-one ABA services, and continuously adapt ABA procedures to respect cultural diversity.

Qualifications: Current BCBA certification Expertise in administering and interpreting clinical assessments Demonstrated clinical competence and sound judgment Strong ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals Commitment to cultural diversity and adaptability Eagerness to embrace supervision, learn continuously, and grow professionally
