Description:

• This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly manage both personal and administrative responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• The ideal candidate will be resourceful, tech-savvy, and adaptable, ensuring the client's personal and professional life runs efficiently.
• We refer to Remote Assistants who partner with us as "Doubles" because they build strong partnerships with their clients.
• As a Double, you will be paired with multiple clients based on the time zones you choose to support.
• Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals, C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and investors who are looking for virtual assistants to help them win back valuable time in their day.
• Requests will vary from client to client.
• Personal:
• Organize and coordinate personal and professional appointments, meetings, events, and travel schedules to optimize the client's time.
• Manage household/s, coordinate maintenance, liaise with domestic staff, and ensure smooth household operations.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence; proofread documents; maintain personal records, medical files, and expense reports.
• Book flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and create detailed itineraries for domestic and international travel.
• Assist in planning and executing events, including social gatherings and charity fundraisers.
• Schedule and order groceries and manage appointments (medical, dental, pet care, etc.).
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and ensure complete privacy for the client and their family.

Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or C-suite Executive Assistant • Must have at least 6 months working as a virtual Assistant • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve proactively, and work independently • Experience managing household staff and overseeing domestic operations • High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness; must sign an NDA and pass a background check • Experience as an Independent Contractor is highly preferred • Reliable Internet connection, computer, and phone • Experience working with high net worth individuals is highly preferred • Proficiency with task management programs such as Trello, Monday.com, Asana, or others is a plus • Experience with communication programs such as Slack is a plus • Experience with CRM platforms such as SalesForce, Hubspot, or Zoho is a plus • Experience with expense reporting programs such as Quickbooks or Expensify is highly preferred • Experience with travel management programs such as Concur is a plus • Experience with a social media management programs such as Hootsuite and WordPress is a plus • Experience with AI tools is a plus
