QuickBooks Expert with E-Commerce Experience Needed for Financial Review

I need a QuickBooks expert with e-commerce experience to review my QuickBooks setup for 2024 and 2025 year-to-date to ensure everything is accurate and properly organized.

Scope of Work:

• Review chart of accounts, transactions, and categorization

• Ensure bank feeds, payment processors, and e-commerce integrations (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal) are correctly reconciled

• Verify tax, COGS, and expense tracking are properly recorded

• Identify and correct any inconsistencies or errors

• Provide recommendations for optimization and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience with QuickBooks Online

• E-commerce accounting expertise (WooCommerce, Braintree, PayPal, Amazon, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of reconciliation, sales tax, and inventory accounting

• Ability to clean up and optimize QuickBooks for accuracy and efficiency
