Jr. Software Developer Intern

IMS is seeking a Jr. Software Developer Intern to assist in developing an internal web-based application that streamlines company processes. This role offers hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, working with modern web technologies. Our goal is to provide a pathway to a full-time position upon graduation, provided there is a mutual fit between the intern and IMS.

What You’ll Do:
• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining a web-based internal application
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and optimize performance
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions

What We’re Looking For:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
