Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with Division Heads and Market Managers for effective scorecard management, including Salesforce review/comparison and timely sales-service reporting updates.
Presents ranking reports, service updates, contests/bank initiatives and recognition to branch teams.
Participates in and leads weekly/monthly divisional sales-service meetings. Assists the Division Head with preparation, team building exercises and PowerPoints.
Enhances Valley's Service Model by ensuring consistent use of sales-service coaching, observation and meeting tools to support quality development of associates.
Supports client issues and requests, including follow-up on existing transactions and serving as a liaison with internal departments.
Assists in preparing CRA presentations for opportunities and tracking-inputting results.
Serves as the second contact point for business clients, providing expertise in all products and services.
Liaisons between IT and branch for seamless on-boarding experience for new hires and ensures sufficient mentorship support, training and resources are available.
Maintains knowledge of consumer and commercial deposits product line, wealth management and Insurance products, cash management and commercial loans, as well as external partner products and services.
Supports the Bank's Strategic Plan, Retail Banking promotions and initiatives, exercising knowledge of risk management, loss prevention and following CIP / KYC requirements.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Prioritizes multiple responsibilities and organizes tasks efficiently.
Effectively presents information in one-on-one and small group situations, possessing strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Expert PC skills including Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Teams.
Applies common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Required Experience:
High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 5 years sales/business development experience.
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university and sales/business development experience with a bank, credit union or other financial institution preferred.
FIS/IBS (Integrated Banking Solutions) preferred.
