IT Manager- Direct Acquisition Software Delivery
Posted 2025-05-31As an IT manager of the Direct Acquisition Software Delivery organization, you'll manage one or two of our Agile teams responsible for the delivery of new projects, features, and enhancements for our Unified Quoting application. These Agile delivery teams include business systems analysts, quality assurance analysts, and application developers. In this role, you'll coordinate the delivery of software, ensuring the optimal use of Agile routines and best practices. You'll also monitor and analyze metrics to foster improvements in delivery and quality and contribute to enhancing our visual management and Lean leadership practices, promoting continuous improvement in how we plan, manage, and organize our work. Additionally, you'll coach, mentor and support the career development of your direct reports and be a key leader on our software planning team
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office and/or meeting.
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery
Instead of a degree, four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted
Preferred skills
Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated success in building partnerships with peers and cross organizational stakeholders
Lean experience with willingness to learn and grow with us as we continue our Lean journey
Direct, extensive experience utilizing Agile Methodologies and leading Agile teams
Experience leading software delivery teams
Experience with software planning and prioritization
Compensation
$128,700-$157,300/year
Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
