Summary:
This position participates in and conducts technical enterprise learning programs and supports the admin functions of the Learning Center, Learning Center Online and client training programs. This position also supports enterprise learning objectives and writes enterprise learning programs, under guidance. May administer exams and write performance reports to evaluate trainees performance. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular discipline. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.
Schedule:
This is a Norwood, MA office-based position. Five days per week on-site required.
Create and manage classes in Learning Center Online
Travel roster management for core classes
Coordinate class registrations for technical classes for internal and external audiences
Manage contracts with the Four Points Hotel and other vendors to support all training events and manage costs to support ROI studies
Coordinate client training events with facilitation team and Client Service Teams including defining course objectives, registrations and setup at the Learning Center for the events
Provide administrative support, including managing office inventory and merchandise, ordering training supplies, and organization of workroom and classroom/lab space
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Highly Preferred Education:
Required Work Experience:
2+ years experience in an operations role at FM Global or 5+ years experience in the training field
Highly Preferred Work Experience:
Required Skills:
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to clearly communicate technical topics in a classroom setting
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong technical skills, MS Office, Surface Hubs, LMS and Scheduling tools such as Cvent.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude
Highly Preferred Skills:
The hiring range for this position is $88,400-$127,100 annually. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
