Provides leadership on complex Strategic Planning assignments/projects. Performs research, quantitative analysis and modeling used in analysis of opportunities, business plan development, and performance analysis and evaluation of these modules. Creates presentation materials and may present business issues to operational management and business unit heads. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Accountable for facilitating discussions and ensuring appropriate reporting and analysis is conducted for such discussions. Support/facilitate status calls. Provide tracking and oversight to projects assigned to. Lead projects or project tasks within broader project and will have accountability for ongoing activities and deliverables to ensure work is completed on time. Will be self-motivated, detail oriented and have a willingness to adapt to strategic and tactical needs. Supporting a variety of projects and initiatives

At least 2 years of relevant experience required (operations, strategy, project/product management or process improvement)
At least 4 years of relevant experience is preferred (operations, strategy, project/product management or process improvement)
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiar with Agile/Agile Functionality
Experience with JIRA or Confluence, preferred
Ability to multi-task well
Someone who is not afraid to ask questions
Ability to learn quickly
Strong communication skills (verbal, written)
Looks for innovative ways to complete deliverables
Organized and experienced in meeting deadlines
Possesses problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to drive results

Education
Bachelors Degree preferred , HS Diploma required

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 84,600 - 141,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
