Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per (DOE) (Based on Sport)

Job description: Referee (Soccer, Baseball, Softball and Volleyball)

Hiring for this upcoming Spring Season. Looking for an experienced referee with

weekday and weekend availability. We officiate youth ages 3-14. This is a high

tempo job. You will be on your feet around large crowds. You must stay posed.

Requirements
• Must be on time 15-20 min. prior to game start times.
• Good judgement and decision-making skills.
• Professionalism
• Knowledge of sporting event rules
• Attention to detail.
• Wear the correct attire and equipment.
• Per-Game Management and equipment checks. The referee will manage the

flow of games from start to finish.
• The referee will be vocal and keep open communication with players and

coaches.
• Must be able to remain calm and rational in emotionally charged situations

while being able to make decisive and firm rulings.
• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience. We will train
