Scrum Master (Jira & Confluence)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with experience in Jira and Confluence to oversee our Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and possess the ability to foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities: • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Ensure that the team follows Agile methodologies and practices. • Guide the team in using Jira and Confluence effectively for project tracking and documentation. • Assist the team in removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and ensure clarity of tasks and priorities. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation.

Requirements: • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. • Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence. • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is preferred. • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
