We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team in Southlake. This full-time, office-based role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to manage daily office operations efficiently.

Responsibilities: • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally. • Utilize exceptional computer skills to support office tasks. • Work proficiently with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required). • Assist with administrative duties in a medical office setting (preferred). • Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence with strong writing skills, including grammar and formatting. • Maintain a high standard of reliability and attendance, demonstrating longevity in previous roles.

Qualifications: • Proven experience in an office administration role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong written communication skills, including grammar, formatting, and attention to detail. • Experience in a medical office setting is a plus. • Consistent work history with excellent attendance.
