Licensed Social Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, focusing on crisis intervention, behavioral health, and social work. This role requires a strong commitment to improving the lives of clients through effective counseling and support strategies.

Duties
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services to individuals in distress, utilizing effective crisis management techniques.
• Utilize motivational interviewing to engage clients and encourage positive behavioral changes.
• Offer counseling and support in areas such as child welfare, workforce development, and Section 8 housing assistance.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide mentoring to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay informed about best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
• A degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW).
• Experience in crisis intervention, crisis management, and behavioral health settings.
• Familiarity with Medicare policies and procedures is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and families.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
