As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading a dynamic team of Associates and Leads while managing operations and driving key performance metrics on the manufacturing floor. You will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, NPI, and Material Flow teams to ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
Build and lead a high-performing production team to consistently meet quality and production targets
Collaborate with Engineering to improve product manufacturability and line productivity
Develop and implement training programs and hiring plans for production team members
Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions to resolve production issues
Ensure quality standards are met and defects are prevented from leaving the production are
Maintain and enforce Standardized Manufacturing Instructions and operating procedures
Promote a strong culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and best practices
What You'll Bring
3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably managing direct reports
Experience in hiring, training, and developing production team members
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and improve performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, costs)
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed

Expected Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
