Padua Home Buyers is a real estate investment company that buys, sells, and rents property in Texas. We are looking for an ACQUISITIONS MANAGER, who will convert appointments with homeowners looking to sell their homes and into signed purchase agreements. This is a SALES role where take-home-pay is based on performance. Looking for a LONG-TERM team member who fits our company culture.

Job Description:
Attend scheduled appointments; convert appointments to signed contracts
Answer incoming calls / web submissions from inbound leads (PPC, PPL, DM, etc)
Follow up with past appointments
Prospect for new opportunities
Team huddles / check-ins / pipeline management
Continuing sales training and development

Lighthouse KPIs:
2+ in-person appointments per day
8+ signed contracts per month
$100k+ in gross profits per month
20%+ of appointments attended become contracts signed
80%+ of appointments attended receive offers
80% + of contracts signed close
Logistics:
Must be based in Houston, TX
Full time position (8:30am - 7:00pm CT)
40% work from home; 60% in the field meeting with homeowners
Monday - Friday (Saturday/Sunday as needed)
30/60/90 day training program (monthly salary during training)
After training, compensation is % of closed gross profits + performance based-bonuses
All training, tools, systems, and software will be provided
Position available immediately
At least 3 years of experience in Sales
Bachelors degree in real estate, sales, business or a related field of study highly preferred
Experience with Salesforce, GSuite, and running property comparables preferred
Top-notch written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills required
Strong organizational and time-management skills required
Active drivers license + access to car required
Spanish speaking optional but a plus

Pay: $5,644.00 - $16,723.00 per month
