Description:
• Define and amplify the Global People Organization’s voice with employees
• Work at the intersection of brand and communications
• Drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of People Org strategy and initiatives
• Ensure employees understand the value of People programs and resources
• Develop and manage go-to-market plans for People Org initiatives
• Act as a bridge between the People Organization and key stakeholders
• Define the People Org’s voice for internal communications
• Develop strategies to gauge communication effectiveness

Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in internal communications, branding, marketing, or HR preferred • Experience creating internal communication campaigns and go-to-market strategies • Ability to translate complex programs into clear narratives for diverse audiences • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills • Analytical thinker with experience measuring communication effectiveness • Highly adaptable with a creative and solutions-oriented approach
