Define and amplify the Global People Organizations voice with employees
Work at the intersection of brand and communications
Drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of People Org strategy and initiatives
Ensure employees understand the value of People programs and resources
Develop and manage go-to-market plans for People Org initiatives
Act as a bridge between the People Organization and key stakeholders
Define the People Orgs voice for internal communications
Develop strategies to gauge communication effectiveness
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in internal communications, branding, marketing, or HR preferred Experience creating internal communication campaigns and go-to-market strategies Ability to translate complex programs into clear narratives for diverse audiences Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Analytical thinker with experience measuring communication effectiveness Highly adaptable with a creative and solutions-oriented approach
