Analyst, Case Management position with Aetnas Utilization Management (UM) team
Work from home anywhere in the United States, preferably in Mountain or Pacific Standard Time Zone
Non-clinical position on the Autism Care Team
Providing support and service to the behavioral health clinical autism teams
Process and record receipt of clinical requests
Facilitate follow-up calls for additional information from providers
Assist clinical staff in locating services for members through provider searches
Monitor fax/email mailboxes and tasking buckets
Creates new cases based on new requests
Requirements: 1 + years working with Behavioral Health Understands psych/med terminology Previous Managed Care experience, familiarity with managed care documentation systems Previous experience working with plan benefit structure Previous experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder
