Work From Home Special Education Case Manager – California

Soliant has partnered with a California school district to hire a Remote Special Education Case Manager for the remainder of the school year. This is a teletherapy/virtual contract position supporting students with IEPs by coordinating services, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with educators and families—all from a secure, work-from-home setup.

Job Requirements: • Active California Education Specialist Credential or PPS Credential in School Counseling or School Psychology (Special Education) • Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience • Strong understanding of IEP development, compliance, and service coordination • Experience with virtual IEP meetings and special education documentation platforms (SEIS, SIRAS, etc.) preferred • Must complete and pass a tech screening for virtual services

Job Details:
• Full-Time Roles Available
• Contract through end of the school year
• Caseload may include elementary, middle, or high school students with varying exceptionalities
• Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating and leading IEP meetings
• Collaborating with service providers and families
• Ensuring timelines and documentation are met in compliance with California Ed Code
• 100% remote/virtual role

Compensation & Benefits:
• $35-40/ hour based on experience
• Pay for both direct and indirect services
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
