Amazon Ads (AMS) Specialist Needed, Part Time Job with Potential

We're a fast-paced publishing company looking for a sharp, analytical Amazon Ads (AMS) specialist to join our team. This is a daily, hands-on role—not a “set it and forget it” gig. You'll be responsible for building, monitoring, and optimizing Amazon ad campaigns to maximize revenue while minimizing spend.

    Position Details:
  • $20/hour
  • 10 hours per week (with potential to grow to full-time)
  • Weekly meetings
  • Daily campaign check-ins & optimizations

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create and launch new Amazon ads (Sponsored Product, Brand, Display)
  • Monitor and optimize ads daily to increase ROAS
  • Reduce wasted ad spend while scaling high-performance campaigns
  • Track performance metrics, adjust bids/keywords, and test new strategies
  • Communicate results and iterate fast—no set-it-and-forget-it mindset
  • Implement best practices for book advertising on Amazon

Qualifications:

  • You live and breathe Amazon Marketing Services (AMS)
  • Obsessed with metrics, testing, and tweaking
  • You know how to build lean, high-ROAS campaigns that convert
  • You can interpret ad reports and pivot quickly to improve performance
  • You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Experience in book publishing ads is a big plus, but not required
