Our client, a boutique VC firm, is looking to hire a 100% Remote Part-Time Office Assistant. The successful candidate must be well-spoken, skilled, tech savvy and a very eager and upbeat attitude. The position requires at least 2-3 years of administrative experience, strong skills, and a "no-job-beneath-me-attitude". This role is about 20-25/hrs a week fully remote.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and assist with accounting and billing tasks as necessary
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of staff as required
- Assist with event planning, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Perform other related duties as required
- REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to monitor/track deadlines within tight timeframes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.
- Positive, high-energy, "can-do" attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Well organized, diligent and thorough in efficiently managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent listening skills. Ability to respond well to questions and seek clarification as needed.
- Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy, with the ability to work effectively and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in Canva a HUGE plus!
SALARY
$50-55hr (DOE)
