Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role requires a passion for educating others, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage various training initiatives effectively. The Trainer will play a crucial role in succession planning, talent management, and overall employee development within the organization.
- Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs tailored to meet organizational needs.
- Present training materials in an engaging manner to educate employees on various topics, including performance management and employee relations.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training progress and maintain records of employee participation.
- Collaborate with HRIS to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Support recruiting efforts by providing onboarding training for new hires.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars that promote talent management strategies within the organization.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback.
- Experience
- Proven experience in program management and delivering effective training sessions.
- Familiarity with succession planning processes and performance management systems.
- Strong understanding of employee relations principles and practices.
- Experience using LMS and HRIS platforms to enhance training delivery and tracking.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A background in talent management or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve training objectives.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
