    Scope of Requirement:
  • Provide OTS liaison support for needs from agency, vendor, and OTS verticals
  • Manage project resources, including other internal groups or third parties
  • Develop and manage Agency and stakeholder relationships
  • Focus on project’s productivity
  • Manage and track OTS decisions, participation, and tasks with the goal of providing timely completion
  • Keep track of project invoices and is able to provide budget projections
  • Assist in identification and resolution of project risks and issues
  • Provide assistance with monitoring and updating the project schedule/roadmap, due dates, release plan, and expectations
  • Communicate project timelines and updates, providing weekly updates in Product Delivery’s portfolio system
  • Participate in the development of and/or review of project management plans, process documents, deliverables and transition plans
  • Assist with updating JIRA items
  • Assist with UAT planning and bug tracking/reporting
  • Help develop transition plans from: development team to production support team and from product development to product go-live
  • Assist with the removal of impediments
    Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
  • A minimum of 10 years project management experience
  • Experience in modernized service delivery
    Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
  • Project Management Professional Certification
  • Experience using Jira
