Pay Rate: $17.99 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift 5am to 1:30pm plus OT

Job Overview:

Assemblers will be responsible for assembling components in a fast-paced environment while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble components and subassemblies in accordance with product specifications.
• Ensure quality standards are met, inspecting components for defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety regulations.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
• Participate in cross-training across different assembly processes as needed.

Qualifications:
• No previous assembly experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing production needs.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Note: This position is subject to change upon hire based on operational needs, and all candidates will be cross-trained in various roles.
