- Description:
- Play a pivotal role in leading and scaling the Client Success Manager team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and marketing
- Inspire and guide a high-performing team
- Implement Client Success Manager/account tracking
- Provide updates and escalations to XFN/leadership
- Report into Manager, Client Success and Sales Compliance
- Requirements:
- Experience developing training resources and/or mentoring new hires
- 4+ years of Client Success Management, Sales or Account Management, Operations
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Excellent performance management skills
- Adept at project management
- Enjoy fast, ambiguous environments that do not yet have comprehensive structure or clear roles and responsibilities
- Bias to action and proactively fill opportunities and gaps
