    Description:
  • Play a pivotal role in leading and scaling the Client Success Manager team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and marketing
  • Inspire and guide a high-performing team
  • Implement Client Success Manager/account tracking
  • Provide updates and escalations to XFN/leadership
  • Report into Manager, Client Success and Sales Compliance
    Requirements:
  • Experience developing training resources and/or mentoring new hires
  • 4+ years of Client Success Management, Sales or Account Management, Operations
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Excellent performance management skills
  • Adept at project management
  • Enjoy fast, ambiguous environments that do not yet have comprehensive structure or clear roles and responsibilities
  • Bias to action and proactively fill opportunities and gaps
