- A Flexible Schedule: Teach live classes on Zoom (10:00 am – 12:00 pm EST, 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm EST, or 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm EST). You can teach one or two classes a day, depending on your availability.

What You’ll Do:
As a Special Education Teacher, you’ll lead engaging online classes for students with special needs. You’ll create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every student feels supported and empowered.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering dynamic lessons using the materials we provide.
- Adapting your teaching to meet the individual needs of students.
- Tracking student progress, providing meaningful feedback, and adjusting as needed.
- Building strong relationships with students and their families.
- Creating an organized and positive online classroom.
- Facilitating project-based learning to help students think critically and creatively.
What We’re Looking For:
You’re a teacher who’s passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs. You’ve got the skills, the heart, and the organizational mindset to thrive in an online environment.
- The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in education with an active SPED teaching certification.
- Proven experience teaching students with special needs.
- Knowledge of best practices in teaching—especially online.
- Strong communication skills, especially when it comes to building relationships with students and families.
- Organizational skills that ensure things run smoothly.
- A passion for empowering students and meeting their unique needs.
