Equipment Operator/Laborer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting.

Duties:
• Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment including loaders, backhoes, graders, and water trucks
• Perform tasks such as grading, bulldozing, and trenching
• Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated in a safe manner
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
• Coordinate with construction crews to support project needs

Requirements:
• Prior experience in heavy equipment operation
• Proficiency in operating loaders, backhoes, graders, and water trucks
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and basic maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction site environment
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation

Nice-to-have Skills:
• Loader operation experience
• Backhoe operation skills
• Grader operation proficiency
• Familiarity with water truck operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
