We're seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Professional to join our growing team and help bridge the gap between our clients' MoneyMatchIQ™ assessments and implement the improvements that add real value to their businesses.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Transform clients' books based on MoneyMatchIQ™ assessment findings
Implement best practices that improve financial clarity and accuracy
Manage QuickBooks Online and Xero accounts with meticulous attention to detail
Create systems that maintain long-term financial organization
Collaborate with our team to ensure consistent, high-quality service
Help clients understand the improvements you're making and their impact
Support multi-business owners with complex financial needs
Contribute to our growing knowledge base of industry-specific solutions

QUALIFICATIONS WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online (certification preferred)
Working knowledge of Xero accounting platform
Experience with multiple industries and business types
Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting
Excellent communication skills for explaining financial concepts clearly
History of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Experience with cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping projects
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
