Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Duties
- Develop and implement business development to achieve company goals
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Cold calling, mail follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts
- Manage projects from inception to completion ensuring client satisfaction
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic planning abilities with a focus on achieving business objectives
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
