About the position
Hulu's marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Social Media & Influencer Partnerships. This role involves a variety of administrative and supportive tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Responsibilities
- Handle complex scheduling responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail. ,
- Support the full social department with various tasks including opening social handles and processing contracts. ,
- Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. ,
- Prepare and manage expense reports. ,
- Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, securing and planning space, and facilitating content development. ,
- Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items.
- Requirements
- 1+ years of administrative experience in entertainment. ,
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. ,
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. ,
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects. ,
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs.
- Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years of administrative experience in entertainment. ,
- Historical knowledge of, and passion for, media, film, and television. ,
- Experience with entertainment industry professionals.
