What You'll Be Doing

As a Leadership & Personal Development Consultant, you'll:

Inspire and guide individuals through growth-focused programs and conversations

Leverage your HR experience to support others in navigating meaningful change

Engage in continuous development with access to modern leadership tools and content

Connect with purpose-led clients using authentic marketing strategies (training provided)

Facilitate discovery conversations that help others find clarity and direction

Work remotely and flexibly, with a structure that supports both independence and connection

Who This Is For

We’re looking for senior-level professionals who are:

Experienced in HR, Talent, Learning & Development, or People Leadership (typically 15+ years)

Passionate about personal development, coaching, and purpose-driven work
